Tomorrow's Half-Marathon
Tomorrow morning from 7.30am I'll make my way around this course, twice! It's my fourth ever half-marathon and I'm hoping to crack the 2 hour barrier for the first time. Training has been going well and I'm injury free, so things are looking good.
It's a great course - I've been running it regularly during training, and the weather looks good. I'll let you know how I do!

Missed it - I think it was about 2 hrs 06 minutes. Feeling OK now and no injuries, which is great. First 11kms averaged 5.5minute kms, which was great. Dropped back to 6 minute kms from then. Unfortunately I hit the wall at the 18km mark - 19th km took 7.20, pulled it back to 5.58 for the 20th then blew out completely to 8.40 for the 21st! Looks like it will be another half marathon in September for me :)

AS it would take me two days and 6 hours to complete a half marathon, i think you did really well.
